Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be purchased directly from Relosafa (verified by order confirmation email, invoice, or shipping label).
  • The product must be incorrect in size/color, damaged, or have a manufacturing defect.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all items such as the warranty card, usage guide, and accessories.

Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used after receipt.
  • The customer has changed their mind about the product.
  • The product received matches the size/color as described at the time of purchase.

Return Procedure
If your return is confirmed as eligible, please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
